About Me

I played baseball in college and have always been very active. When baseball was over, I still wanted to compete and be the best in something. I found running and was instantly hooked. I have transformed my body from washed up baseball player to fit and healthy runner. I compete in 5k and 10k races every weekend as well as continue to lift and get stronger as I train for bigger and badder races!

What I Love About AHM
