I'm the mother of two fabulous young children (ages 6 and 2) and work full-time outside the home as an accounting executive. In my "spare" time, I also run 60+ miles a week, getting up at 4:00 a.m. during the week to train before my kids are awake, so I can maximize the time spent with my family. My most memorable athletic accomplishment finishing 3rd in the 2009 Dallas White Rock Marathon woman's division.
I love the taste...it's sweet and refreshing without being thick and over the top. The carb/protein ratio is the perfect recovery combination after tough workouts.
