About Me

I race at the regional level in Category 2 bike races (criteriums and road races). I specialize in selective "classic" style races and am an overall type rider who prefers aggressive racing and like to be in the breakaways and work for my team to take the pressure off of them in race situations. I am a member of a local cycling team here in my hometown and enjoy racing throughout the Southeast at different venues throughout the Southeast.

What I Love About AHM

HoneyMilk allows me to race hard, train hard and recover hard. The demands of a bike and race, father and husband with a full time job lends itself to odd hours of training but yet still have the ability to perform in all of those areas. HoneyMilk allows me to recover and get the proper nutrition I need to stay on top of everything and train well.
