I was 60 pounds overweight when I started training for my first ever race, the Indianapolis Mini Marathon. I lost 40 pounds in the training process. If I can do it, wow, anyone can. My most memorable athletic accomplishment was finishing my first mini-marathon in Indianapolis. My goal is to compete in a half marathon this fall, beat my time, and lose the last 20 pounds.
It tastes amazing! Regular milk makes my stomach do somersaults, but HoneyMilk didn't. I was quite impressed!
