About Me

I compete in road and xterra triathlons, road and trail races and open water swimming races. Hit 40 and seem to be racing even more. Love training and racing to stay in shape and really enjoy a drink that helps me recover(Atheletes HoneyMilk). My goal is to qualify for the Xterra World Championships in Hawaii.
