About Me

I am a multiple USA Triathlon All- American and one of the race directors for the Greeley triathlon. I train year round and enjoy all types of sports and physical activities. I enjoy pushing myself and finding out what my limits are. My goal is to qualify for and compete in the Ironman World Championships at age 60 in 2012 and age 70 in 2022.

What I Love About AHM

AHM tastes good and I have found it to be a perfect recovery drink. I make smoothies in the blender with Athletes HoneyMilk after long and/or hot workouts. Nothing tastes better and the fact that it helps me replenish the nutrients I have used up is an added bonus.
