About Me

March 18th of this year was 10 years clean + sober from Crack Cocaine and Alcohol. Life is good! My most memorable athletic accomplishment was qualifing for the worlds 70.3,and winning a sprint tri. My goal is to make it to the Kona World Championship for Ironman!
