Four years ago I was 50 pounds heavier and never ran a day in my life. I took up walking and eventually found the challenge of walking a half-marathon distance manageable, so I decided to start running. Now a year and a half later I am training for my first marathon and have completed 3 half-marathons and numerous other smaller races. My goal is to run 45 half-marathons or full marathons by age 45.
I tried this delicious drink at the Dallas Whiterock Marathon. I loved its delicious flavor and pure ingredients.
