About Me

I am a Triathlon junky! I ran competitively in high school and college and then took a hiatus from running. In 2005 I drove my car off the road, but walked away unscathed from a crash that could have been devastating. A year later, I ran a PR half marathon and started competing in triathlon. I now compete in 10-12 events per year, including 2 Ironman 70.3 races. I train and race with Endorphin Fitness in Richmond, VA.

What I Love About AHM

I tried HoneyMilk for the first time during the expo at the Chicago Rock n Roll 1/2 marathon this year and immediately loved the taste. I have used Muscle Milk in the past, but had to often force it down. Now I have foudn a product that delivers the nutritional benefits i am looking for and TASTES GREAT!!!
