I am in the process of stepping my game up from sprint tri to Olympic tri this year with my eye on 70.3 California in 2011 (along with a few others in 2011 but CA being the first) and then topping it all off with 140.6 in Arizona of 2012. Pushing my body and my mind beyond the 'limits' is what I'm all about.
After an intense training session in the heat that is Texas, there is nothing more refreshing then an ice cold AHM. Throw in the fact that it also helps you to recover and you can't beat that. Adding AHM to my recovery has been a huge lift to my training.
